/api/admin/monitoring/awaiting-fpc-stamp/:id/pdf

The document to print, stamp and mail on the teacher's behalf. Only receipts still in the awaiting-FPC-stamp queue: any other invoice is a 404, since the admin has no general access to the fiscal documents of others.
