Grant or revoke the teacher's ricevuta-stamping delegations to FPC
POST/api/invoice/stamp-delegations
Two independent consents on different legal bases: letting FPC issue and sign the receipt in the teacher's name (virtual bollo, art. 15 DPR 642/1972) and letting FPC buy, affix and mail the physical marca on a predisposta receipt. A field left out of the request leaves that delegation unchanged; true grants it, false revokes it. One flag never drives the other.
