Replace the scan of an already stamped occasional receipt

/api/invoice/:id/stamped-receipt

For a receipt whose stamp is done: swaps the kept scan (and optionally the handwritten date). The receipt stays confirmed. Allowed to the teacher who issued it and to admins. Sent as multipart/form-data; POST is accepted too, since PHP does not parse multipart bodies on PUT.
