Upload the scan of a stamped occasional receipt

/api/invoice/:id/stamped-receipt

A 'ricevuta predisposta' is issued without a date and with an empty box for the physical marca da bollo. The teacher who issued it (or an admin) uploads here the scan of the copy they stamped, dated and signed, which confirms the receipt.
