View a single teacher application. Can be accessed by admin users or by non-authenticated users with a valid ProfsToken. If a valid ProfsToken is provided, the ID parameter is optional and will be taken from the token. If you want to view the application using the token, you should use the /api/teacher-application/token/{token} endpoint.
