Get the calling teacher's booked and expected hours per week
GET/api/teacher/expected-hours
One row per week from the current one: the hours already booked and an ESTIMATE of the total hours to expect, read from the same weeks of the previous years in the teacher's market (subjects and province), adjusted for the growth since and scaled on the teacher's own volume of the last 12 weeks. Meant to tell the teacher when to open more availability.
