Receipts issued predisposte and still unstamped
A receipt in this state is not yet a valid document: it has no date and no stamp until the teacher uploads the signed scan. Ordered oldest first, with how many days each has been waiting.
Receipts FPC undertook to stamp on the teacher's behalf and has not handled yet
A different backlog from awaiting-stamp: here FPC, not the teacher, owes the next step (buying and affixing the physical marca, mailing the paper original). Ordered oldest first, with how many days each has been waiting.
Record that FPC stamped and mailed a ricevuta on the teacher's behalf
Marks the receipt's physical-stamp-by-FPC step done: sets stamp_handled_at/stamp_handled_by_user_id and confirms the document. The scanned copy is optional, unlike the teacher's own stamped-receipt upload.
The stored ranking of one teacher, component by component
Reads teacher_score and the exposure counter as the nightly job left them. It answers a teacher asking why they appear where they do; the query-dependent part of the score is evaluated live at search time and is not here.
