Get the teacher credit balance and ledger

GET 
/api/teacher/credits

Returns the calling teacher current credit balance and the full credit transaction history, most recent first. Also returns the credit still accruing (pending, pending_amount): lessons paid but not yet settled whose discount the teacher will absorb, and free lessons whose indemnity the monthly run has not accrued yet. These are ESTIMATES computed as settlement would at the base band: nothing is on the ledger, the amount is not spendable and the accrued amount can differ.
